pump.fun pays creator fees to a coin's creator. Its fee program lets that creator publish a fee-sharing config: a list of up to ten wallets and their basis points. Once shares are set, the program revokes the admin, so the split is immutable.

You launch the coin as its creator. Right after your create transaction lands, you sign one more: create the fee-sharing config, then set 100% of the creator fee to the public sweep wallet and revoke the admin so it can never change. sweep's ledger then credits 80% of every distribution to your collection's floors and 20% to buying $SWEEP on the open market and burning it. The protocol keeps nothing. No treasury holds the money in between.

One wallet serves every collection. Whenever pump.fun distributes a coin's creator fees, the whole amount lands there and the ledger credits 80% of it to that coin as NFT budget; the other 20% is $SWEEP buyback money. A collection can only spend the credit its own coins earned, so no collection buys with another's fees and nothing earmarked for the burn is ever spent on an NFT.

When a collection's credit covers the floor, the wallet buys the cheapest verified listing and the purchase is recorded on the collection page, attributed to the coin with the largest unspent credit. Holders of any paired coin vote, weighted by their on-chain balance, on whether it keeps sweeping, holds, or relists. The wallet never holds anything but SOL, the NFTs it bought and the $SWEEP it is about to burn, and its full history is public.
